How this product works

Folic Acid, if taken at a daily dose of 400-500mcg one month before conception and during pregnancy, may reduce the risk of women having a child with birth defects of the brain and spinal cord such as the neural tube defect known as spina bifida.

Recommended adult dosage

Take 1 tablet daily Or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
