Contraindications & cautions

WARNING: When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents (mcg RE) (10,000IU), vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 mcg RE for women (2330IU) and 900 mcg RE for men (3000IU). If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your Doctor or Pharmacist. Children under 13 years consult your healthcare professional. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains gluten from oats. This carton is twin sealed for safety and quality.
