Manganese (from Manganese amino acid chelate) 1.25mg
Selenium ( from Selenomethionine) 15micrograms
Silicon (from Silicon Dioxide) 20mg
Zinc (from Zinc gluconate) 15mg
Biotin 2.7mg
Equisetum arvense dry stem extract 100mg, from 400mg dry stem (Horsetail)

Supports collagen formation within the body and also maintains skin, hair, and nail health. In addition, Nature’s Own Hair, Skin & Nails tablets also act as an antioxidant to reduce free radical formation in the body.

Contains: Soya bean products

Does not contain: Gluten, lactose, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, dairy products or animal-derived products.

Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

WARNING: Contains Zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
