Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 50mg, Equivalent Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 41.1mg
Mecobalamin (Vitamin B12) 400 micrograms
Folic Acid 500micrograms
Biotin 150micrograms
Choline bitartrate 25mg
Inositol 25mg
No added gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives, dairy products or animal derived products. Vegan.
Adults 19 years and older; take 1 tablet daily with food or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
