Active Ingredients
Retinol Acetate (Vitamin A 3000IU) 900micrograms retinol equivalents
Zinc (from Zinc Gluconate) 6.5mg
Sodium ascorbate (equivalent Ascorbic Acid 100mg) 112.5mg
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 150mg
Contains: Sugars (381.36mg per tablet), gluten, sucralose, soya bean and sulfites.
Does not contain: added lactose, artificial colours, artificial flavours or dairy products.
Adults: Chew 1 tablet daily with food or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women, and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. Not to be used in children under two years of age without medical advice. Not to be swallowed whole.
