Trigonella foenum-graecum seed Extract dry concentrate 250 mg, from 1000mg dry seed (Fenugreek)

Does not contain: Added Gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, dairy product.

Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily with food or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
