Nature’s Own Magnesium + Muscle Support effervescent tablets provide a high strength daily dose of magnesium to support muscle function. Simply dissolve 1 tablet in 200ml water.

Magnesium is a dietary mineral that supports healthy muscle contraction and relaxation and may relieve mild muscle cramps when dietary intake is inadequate.

Contains: Contains sodium (210.17mg/tablet), sucralose and sulfites

Does not contain: No added gluten, lactose, artificial colours or flavours, dairy products, or animal-derived products. Vegan.

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily, dissolved in 200mL of water, or as recommended by your healthcare professional
