Magnesium + Sleep is a great tasting, lemon balm flavoured drinkable vitamin. It contains Magnesium to relieve muscle cramps when dietary intake is inadequate, and Passionflower which is used in traditional Western herbal medicine to relieve restlessness and sleeplessness associated with symptoms of stress.
